Event Description:

Please join us to learn the principles of the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle! The PDSA cycle is an action-oriented learning process. It is designed to be a quick-test of a new or different practice in the real work environment and is structured to help you make an informed decision!

Objectives:

This training will orient you on the PDSA four-step process (Planning, Trying, Observing, and Acting) and identify methods for implementing PDSA cycles into your organizational practices.
